Lost your sign-in methods?
Try a device where your passkey is available, or the authenticator app you already connected to SAM. These are app codes, not emailed codes.
Password recovery still requires an enrolled passkey or authenticator. If you lost every enrolled method, self-service recovery is unavailable. Contact the account operator to arrange account recovery. An invitation alone cannot reset your password or unlock your account. Never send anyone your password, passkey or authenticator code.
