Sign in to your family record assistant.
Your family’s information is private. Use SAM on a device you trust.
Lost your sign-in methods?
Try a device where your passkey is available, or the authenticator app you already connected to SAM. These are app codes, not emailed codes.
Password recovery still requires an enrolled passkey or authenticator. If you lost every enrolled method, self-service recovery is unavailable. Contact the account operator to arrange account recovery. An invitation alone cannot reset your password or unlock your account. Never send anyone your password, passkey or authenticator code.
Password recovery
One more step.
Confirm your sign-in with your passkey or authenticator app.
Use the key stored on this device. If it is unavailable, use your authenticator app or sign in on the device where you saved the key.
Add this key to your authenticator app, then enter the six-digit code it shows for SAM. Keep the key private.
